Picture

The Comet Line, a World War II, was established in Belgium in 1941 by Andrée De Jongh, known as "Petit Cyclone". De Jongh's exclusive account reveals a woman of exceptional character as the film retraces the lives of resistance members secretly smuggling some 800 British and Allied airmen across the Somme and the Pyrenees. The linking theme of "Petit Cyclone" is a conversation with Andrée De Jongh herself, interspersed with interviews with allied members of the resistance. The main stages of the journey to freedom are recreated in dramatisations.
